Nutritional Therapy

The science of Nutritional Therapy and the science of PEMFT as promoted by MagnaCares work together to promote health, well-being and peak performance.

We aim to address the root causes of disease, rather than managing the symptoms.

At MagnaCares, our practice is to recommend high quality unpolluted food in order to convert unhealthy cells into cells which are more able to provide the body with nourishment and health.

Food in its organic raw form in which all the amino acids and enzymes are intact, is of the highest quality.  Moreover, minerals, vitamins, trace elements, carbohydrates and the “life force” are present in abundance.  It follows then that highly processed foods such as “ready meals” and damaged Omega 6 oils, for example, are unlikely to help us towards regaining or maintaining good health.

We provide one-to-one nutritional therapy for clients who have minor health issues through to chronic illnesses or who wish to enhance the quality of their lives.

Adopting a healthy nutritional lifestyle helps us to look and feel vibrant.  More importantly, such a lifestyle can help to improve self-confidence and, by gaining courage, we can become inspired to work towards realising our hopes and dreams.

In addition to addressing nutrition, as holistic practitioners we also investigate our clients’ sleep patterns, stress handling mechanisms and exercise routine.

There is no better tool for self-empowerment than self-care with MagnaCares!

Mr Erdal Mehmet, DipNT

As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I consider everyone to be unique and for that reason, each client receives a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme. With the client’s permission, I am happy to communicate with other medical and health care professionals involved in my client’s care to expand my nutritional advice.

My advice is evidence-based information and guidance about the impact of organic food and drink, on the health, wellbeing and performance of you, the individual.

Biochemical testing is undertaken only if necessary.

The aim of the consultation process is to identify the triggers and drivers of imbalance in the body and by using a combination of diet, lifestyle, nutrition and naturopathic interventions, restore the whole system to homeostasis (a self-regulating process by which biological systems tend to maintain stability while adjusting to conditions that are optimal for survival).
